By accessing or using iDATA, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

iDATA is an AI-powered survey and data intelligence platform designed to collect reliable insights across sectors such as health, education, finance, agriculture, and consumer research.
Our mission is to transform real-time user input into actionable insights that support organizations in making informed decisions. Participation from users like you enables us to generate high-quality, representative data.
We are committed to:

- Ensuring data security
- Maintaining transparency
- Never charging users for participation
2. Eligibility and Participation
- Participation is voluntary and free of charge.
- You must be at least 16 years old to register.
- Each user is allowed only one account.
- Participation is limited to individuals; accounts may not be shared or transferred.
3. Registration and Account Responsibilities
By registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Keep your information updated
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
You are solely responsible for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraud, duplication, or misuse.
4. User Participation and Conduct
As a user, you agree to:
- Provide honest, consistent, and thoughtful responses
- Complete surveys in a reasonable timeframe
- Maintain strict confidentiality of survey content
You must not:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Attempt to manipulate survey outcomes
- Share survey content (text, images, videos) without permission
- Use offensive, harmful, or illegal language
Violation of these rules may result in:
- Account suspension or termination
- Loss of accumulated points or rewards
5. Rewards and Compensation
Users may earn points by participating in surveys and tasks.
- Points are awarded based on effort, length, and complexity
- Reward structures may vary per activity
- Points can be converted into monetary rewards or other incentives
We reserve the right to:
- Adjust reward values
- Revoke points in cases of fraudulent or dishonest participation
6. Redemption and Payments
- Points can be redeemed once a minimum threshold (e.g., 5,000 points) is reached
- Approximate conversion: 5,000 points ≈ 1000 Birr (subject to change)
- Payments are processed within 30 business days after verification
To receive payment, users must provide:
- Valid identification
- Bank or mobile money details
iDATA is not responsible for failed transactions due to incorrect user-provided information.
7. Referral Program
Users may earn additional rewards by inviting others using a unique referral code.
You agree to:
- Clearly disclose that you will receive benefits from referrals
- Not misrepresent yourself as an official representative of iDATA

8. Account Termination
Your account may be terminated:
a. By You
You may close your account at any time. Upon closure:
- Unredeemed points may be forfeited
b. By iDATA
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- Provide false information
- Maintain multiple accounts
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
c. Due to Inactivity
Accounts may be deactivated if:
- No activity occurs for 6 months
Users will be notified and given a limited period to redeem eligible points before expiration.
9. Data Protection and Privacy
Your privacy is a top priority. We follow international best practices, including principles aligned with global data protection standards.
Your personal data:
- Is used for research and statistical purposes only
- Is separated from survey responses whenever possible

10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform—including surveys, text, graphics, logos, and software—is owned by iDATA or its licensors.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute content
- Share survey materials externally
- Use iDATA branding without written permission
11. Platform Availability
We strive to ensure uninterrupted access but do not guarantee:
- Continuous availability
- Error-free operation
We are not liable for:
- Internet disruptions
- Device issues
- Data loss due to incomplete submissions
12. Third-Party Links
Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites.
We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, iDATA shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of data, income, or opportunity
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iDATA and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Platform
- Your violation of these Terms

You agree to use the Platform in accordance with:

16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where iDATA operates, without limiting your rights under local consumer protection laws.
